Power Yoga Morgantown invites you to take your practice off the mat and onto the water. Stand-Up Paddleboard (SUP) Yoga will empower and inspire your practice as you learn to create your foundation on the Youghiogheny Lake. You will learn basic paddle boarding skills, become acquainted with your yoga “mat” for the day and Flow a 60 minute yoga practice on your SUP board.
*An ability to swim and be comfortable around water is REQUIRED for this class.
Cost of this class is $40 and includes your SUP board, Paddle, yoga class and all other fees.
