The holiday weekends starts at Nemacolin Woodlands with an evening of mini-golf at the resort’s Fallingbrook Mini-Golf Course on Friday, July 1. Saturday, July 2 will be packed with fun, including a Family Challenge featuring mini-golf, rock climbing wall and paintball target shooting competitions; chainsaw carving demonstrations by artists with the National Road Chainsaw Carving Festival; and a showcase of vintage warplanes. On Saturday evening, Nemacolin’s special Pub & Play returns with arcade games, hayrides, family bingo, Hummer® rides, and live entertainment. Sunday, July 3 features carnival games on the Croquet Court; family games – such as the Three Legged Relay Race, Potato Sack Race, Pie Eating Contest and Balloon Toss; a strolling photographer taking family photos, and a special Independence Day Parade that starts at 2:00 p.m. The highlight of the weekend is Sunday evening’s elaborate fireworks display set to music, created by legendary Zambelli Fireworks. Seven Spring Mountain Resort has tons of fun activities planned for the holiday starting on Friday, July 1, through Monday, July 4. There will be some great family activities along with lots of great music and great food. Check out all the fun activities they have planned here! They will also have a fireworks display Sunday, July 3. The best place to see the fireworks is from the Bavarian Beach.

Indian Creek Baptist Church on Route 381 in Mill Run, PA will have a Homecoming Celebration on Monday July 4, complete with musical entertainment, fun and games for all ages. The fun starts with a parade at 12:30pm, fireworks are at 10pm.
Stone House Restaurant and Inn on Route 40 in Chalk Hill, PA will be hosting their Party on the Lawn on Sunday, July 3, with live music, cold beer, and great BBQ. Fireworks start at dusk.
Fayette County will be celebrating Independence Day on Sunday, July 3, on the grounds of the Uniontown Mall. Fireworks will take place at dusk! In addition, there will be lots of fun children’s activities and MORE! Festivities start at 7pm.
There aren’t fireworks right in Ohiopyle but the Ohiopyle Falls will be “Under Lights” Sunday, July 3, at dusk. If you haven’t seen the Falls “Under Lights,” it should definitely be on your To-Do List for the holiday.
