I don't recommend doing the crazy intense rivers (level 4 or above) if you have back problems or anything, because it's usually a bumpy ride. if it's your first time and everything, stick to easy stuff (levels 2 or 3). but you guys are gonna have a lot of fun, it's great. umm, some tips? definitely wear a bathing suit when you're doing it, with maybe a t-shirt and shorts over it so you don't get cold. and don't bring valuables, because sometimes stuff goes flying over the side of the boat. my only bad experience rafting was when i lost my digital camera =(

I just rafted this past Sunday, July 26, 2009 & let me tell you how great the guides are!!! I fell out of the raft 3 times and they were always there to help! Granted I panicked once I hit the water (I don't think that's a good idea!) hahaha.
The river is amazing...sights are beautiful and it's a ton of fun! You'll have awesome memories for a lifetime! GO RAFT!!!
Thanks to the best guides ever...Garth & Andy! Also, the girl in the the kayak that picked up my pants down river! Thank you!!!!
I think we'll be back for another round...this time with a guide in our raft!
